Day 29

Waning Gibbous

Slowly withdrawing shows us how to try

Retreating back so the heavens can sigh

The Half moon forces ourselves to ask

And forbids us to assign our mind a new task

This is a time for drawing back and redress

For all to seek our information and not to press

Accept what has happened and let it seep

The knowledge we learn will help us sleep

A time for rest and a time for peace

A time for conjecture and actions to cease

Reflection is important for all those who seek

The wisdom gained will come when all is so bleak

Resting and reflection, this is the time

Mending injuries and emotions of the eyes mime

Retreating back so the heavens can finally sigh

Slowly withdrawing teaches us you to cry
